Namibia's national team coach Tom Saintfiet has selected a strong 18-member team for the Brave Warriors' do or die clash against Kenya in Nairobi on Saturday.

The wounded Warriors must beat Kenya in Group 10 of their 2010 Fifa World Cup preliminary and hope the other two nations in the group stumble along the way to have a mathematical chance of qualification for the 2010 African Nations Cup finals in Angola.

Saintfiet has left out all locally-based players and recalled Jomo Cosmos' goalkeeper Abisai 'Zico' Shiningayamwe and discarded the Warriors' pair of winger Sydney Plaatjies and Levy Swartbooi, while Collin Benjamin also makes a welcome return to the squad after the Hamburg player was laid low through a nagging injury.

Former captain Michael Pienaar is amongst the notable absentees from the 18-member squad while the league's leading goalscorer Pineas Jacob has also been cold-shouldered by the technical staff who have seemingly opted to go for broke.
