A man on Tuesday denied threatening to cut his 74-year-old father with a panga.
Mr Anthony Ng'ang'a Mugo appeared before Kibera senior principal magistrate Judith Wanjala who released him on a Sh50,000 bond with a surety in similar amount.
The case was fixed for hearing on October 9. Prosecutor Joseph Musyoka told the court that the 31-year-old man threatened to slash Mr Joseph Mugo Muhu with a panga on August 31, 2008, at Kangemi 84.
